Terms of Service

    Please read these Terms carefully before using Rankship. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.
  

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to Rankship, accessible at rankship.net and app.rankship.net, including the web dashboard and the MCP Server package (rankship-mcp).

"User", "you" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

"Provider", "we", "us" refers to Daniel Martínez Espinoza, operating as the sole owner of Rankship, located in Valencia, Spain.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

3. Description of Service

Rankship is an SEO automation tool that provides:

Website analysis and market opportunity scoring
Keyword research data sourced from DataForSEO
AI-generated SEO and GEO-optimized articles
An MCP Server for integration with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf
A web dashboard for managing products, markets, and articles

4. Accounts and API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API key. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Rankship offers paid subscription plans billed annually. Current pricing is displayed at rankship.net/#pricing. All prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT where required.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
Payments are processed securely by Stripe

6. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Rankship for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and does not apply to renewals.

7. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Each subscription plan includes monthly limits on markets researched, articles generated, and website analyses. Unused quota does not roll over to the next month. Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.

You agree not to:

Use automated scripts or bots to make API calls beyond normal usage patterns
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute API access to third parties
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying data infrastructure

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including:

DataForSEO — for keyword research data
Stripe — for payment processing
Anthropic / OpenAI / AI providers — for content generation

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes in pricing or terms of these third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Rankship platform, its design, code, and branding are the property of Daniel Martínez Espinoza. You retain full ownership of any content (articles, analyses) generated using the Service through your account.

You grant us no rights over your product data or generated content. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with other users.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

SEO results or rankings will improve
Keyword data will be 100% accurate at all times
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daniel Martínez Espinoza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
